This allows us to recommend the best approach for your hair whether it’s a cut, colour, or treatment rather than guessing.

No. The consultation for new clients has a fee of 35€. If you’re already a client its free but if u are considering a major transformation and want to discuss it before committing, we’re happy to schedule a standalone consultation as well that must be payed.

Armocromia is the science of colour harmony. It identifies which tones warm, cool, neutral naturally complement your skin, eyes, and features. By using armocromia before any colour service, we select shades that enhance your complexion rather than working against it. The result is colour that looks natural, intentional, and effortlessly flattering.

Yes. Ottaviano is a full-service salon and barber. We offer precision haircuts, styling, and treatments for women alongside barbering, fades, and beard grooming for men all with the same consultation-first approach.

It depends on the service. A precision haircut typically takes 60 minutes. The initially consultation takes 30-45 minutes. Colour services can range from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the technique. When you book, we’ll let you know exactly how much time to set aside.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer that time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Absolutely we encourage it. Reference photos help us understand your vision more clearly. During the consultation, we’ll discuss what’s achievable based on your hair type, condition, and features, and we’ll build a plan together.

For cuts and most treatments, clean hair is ideal. For colour services, it’s best to come with hair that hasn’t been washed for 24–48 hours the natural oils help protect the scalp during the process. If you’re unsure, just ask when you book and we’ll advise you.
